Enroll in Chapter 13 AutoPay

Your case must be confirmed in order to use this payment method

Enrolling in AutoPay is easy!

Before you begin you must have the following information available:

  • Your Chapter 13 case number
  • Monthly Plan Payment amount
  • Checking account number
  • Bank routing number
  • A photo of or scanned copy of a voided check

If your enrollment is submitted on or before the 13th of the month, your AutoPay deductions will begin within the current month. If submitted after the 13th, no deductions will occur until the following month.
