Enroll in Chapter 12 AutoPay
Enrolling in AutoPay is easy!
Before you begin you must have the following information available:
- Your Chapter 12 case number
- Monthly Plan Payment amount
- Checking account number
- Bank routing number
- A photo or scanned copy of a voided check
If your enrollment is submitted on or before the 13th of the month, your AutoPay deductions will begin within the current month. If submitted after the 13th, no deductions will occur until the following month.
